$ After the merger, sold shares to 9.5/share.

The acquisition of Oracle, Sun was approved only. Please contact Oracle ORA once the dust-based solution.

The last message was correct. I was bought by Oracle. I received $ 9.50/share. No Action Oracle-out. I buy my own if I want.

You will receive a small portion of ORCL shares, if the process starts in a few weeks. (Monetary policy unchanged)

Sun / Oracle Shareholder Services can answer that.

You will receive $ 9.50 per share in cash and no shares of ORCL. This was a purchase in cash per share.
